How to Return or Exchange Jewelry Purchased Online
Jewelry purchased online may be returned if it has only been tried on with the same level of care as you would in-store. Any additional use that results in wear marks may make the item unsuitable for resale and therefore ineligible for return or exchange, as determined by our quality team.
For online orders, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and shipped back within this period.
Items purchased online and collected in-store are subject to the same return policy as regular in-store purchases.
How to Return Jewelry Purchased In-Store
Jewelry purchased in-store can be exchanged within 30 days, provided the item is unused and in original condition.
Exchanges are permitted for an item of equal value or store credit. Refunds are not applicable for in-store purchases.
Return and Exchange Policy
All Kalaiselvi Jewells pieces are handcrafted with strict quality control standards. However, if you notice a manufacturing defect upon receiving your order, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery via email. The item will be inspected to verify the issue.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure the following conditions are met:
All original tags must remain attached and undamaged.
Items must be returned in their original size without any alterations.
All original components must be included. Jewelry sets must be returned as a complete set.
The jewelry must be returned in its original packaging, including the jewelry box and pouches.
Returns must be securely packed in a cardboard box. Items sent in envelopes will not be accepted

You will be provided with a prepaid shipping label for your return. The cost of the prepaid label will be deducted based on your location:

Purchases with Gift Cards or Store Credit
Items purchased using a gift card or store credit are non-refundable. Gift cards and store credits themselves are also non-refundable.
Items that have already been exchanged once are not eligible for a second exchange. However, you may receive store credit instead.
Once your return is received, each item will be carefully inspected for any signs of use. If approved, refunds will be processed within 15 business days. For exchanges, processing time may vary depending on product availability.

Gift Cards and Store Credits
Gift cards and store credits are non-refundable and cannot be extended beyond their validity.
Refunds for purchases made using a gift card will be credited back to the original gift card.
